Sierra
Moms has many activity groups, childrens' playgroups,
seasonal parties, coffee times and community service
functions are designed to give members the opportunity
to gain support, establish friendships, share information,
experience and knowledge, while fostering a sense
of community. Be sure to check out our Featured Events section at the bottom of our home page too.

Community Events: This online calendar in our members' forum enables members to keep abreast of all the family activities in and around the area. |
Lets
Explore: This group meets monthly to explore
nature or a local place of interest.

| Playgroups: Sierra Moms has several playgroups depending upon
the age of the children. Playgroups meet weekly,
usually at members' houses or local parks or places
of interest. |
Bunko: Sierra Moms has several bunko groups with new ones
forming as we get enough people on the waiting list.
We also have a substitutes list for members who
are unable to commit to a permanent group. |
| Sunshine
Club : We offer help to those ladies who are
expecting or other families that have a need whatever
the setback/addition might be. |
Movie
Group:The movie group meets
monthly for dinner and a movie. There's a Kids Movie
Group too! |
| Friday Moms' Social Group: Moms get together to catch up and visit while their children are in school. |
Cooking Club: Members share and enjoy delicious recipes from other moms. |
Working
Moms: This group meets for socialization or a planned event at a time that
is convenient for moms who work outside the home. |
Babysitting
Co-op: Feel good about leaving your child
in trusted hands and saving money at the same
time when you join and use the babysitting co-op. |
| Strolling
Group: The goal of this group is to combine
light exercise with conversation and a play time
for the kids after a brisk walk. |
Moms'
Night Out: Each month the Moms get together
for some fun and to meet other moms. |
| Couples' Social Group: Each month an event is planned just
for for parents. |
Book
Group: The reading group decides on a book to read and meets monthly to socialize
and discuss the current selection. |
Scrapbooking
Club: Members get together monthly to catch
up on their photo albums. |
